Meet Judith
Judith Gruber, LCSW, CFSW, CCEP, CEMM is a Licensed Clinical and Holistic Psychotherapist, Holistic Business Coach, Certified Financial Psychotherapist and Social Worker, Certified Core Energetics Practitioner, and Certified Exceptional Marriage Mentor. She developed and founded Money and Self-Empowerment Co.™ and facilitates webinars, groups and classes throughout the US and internationally.
Her varied experience includes teaching at Universities, Corporations, Addiction Institutes and Holistic and Therapeutic organizations. She is also an Education and Training Provider with the NYS Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Services and the National Association of Social Workers CT. Please see her Client List.
Judith has also participated on panels to debrief and work with organizations after 9/11. She is currently on the front lines working with clients and families to help them navigate their lives during these uncertain times with COVID.
An alumna of Fordham University School of Social Work, Judith began her career working in an addiction outpatient treatment clinic. She has been in private practice since 1988. Judith’s methods combine traditional cognitive behavioral talk therapy, along with other effective modalities, including Core Energetics Body Psychotherapy, Life Coaching and Financial Therapy. She works with individuals and groups.
Judith integrates her rich background of training and experience in Clinical and Holistic Social Work, Financial Social Work, Core Energetics, Pathwork Studies, Exceptional Marriage Mentoring, Banking, Leadership and Spirituality into her work. She believes our life’s journey is a healing process that restores energy and consciousness to the individual, which promotes creativity, self-expression and personal integrity.
Judith maintains a private practice in Niantic, CT and works with clients throughout the US and internationally. When Judith is not working with clients or teaching, she loves spending time in nature; taking pictures, capturing moments in time; and has a passion for home design.
